Seasons Greetings using Tutti Designs - 715 Potted Christmas Tree

Just a bit of shine and sparkle!

For this card, i actually stared with the white tree and built up from there! I love, love the delicate tree and the spaces to add gems! So i've been wanting to use Tim Holtz Embossing Glaze on some Tutti Designs dies and started with this beautiful background called Holly Panel.  I cut it out from white card stock and used VersaMark Embossing ink over the entire top.  Then i added the Embossing Glaze - Salvaged Patina.  When you go to heat emboss it, the look turns like a ceramic glaze..it's sooo cool!  I wanted to find some paper that would make the panel pop and i used some We Are 3 Digital Paper - Wild Flowers.  Next i just layered it up on a card base..it went rather quickly!

Winter Greetings!

For this card, i started out with Tutti Designs - Garden Background.  I put white cardstock onto a 4.25" wide score tape and then i cut it out.  I always save my negative parts (background..not the tiny centers of the flowers or leaves).  I placed the double sided white card stock on top of a blue glitter back ground.. that's how the glitter shows through the tiny bits of the die.  Next, i cut out another background using the blue pattern paper from We Are 3 Digital Paper - Delightful Dragonflies doing the same technique, but this time i used the negative background and place those pieces onto the white/glitter base.  It will cover up the glitter background but overall looks beautiful!  I saved the blue pattern "positive" die for another project. 

Now, i started working on the focus house die. I cut it out of white.  Then i cut an oval out of vellum and used a dotted embossing folder to give some texture..  i made a glitter frame using some score tape.  I put the house die on top of the vellum with foam tape.  And placed the entire oval design onto the floral background using the score tape from the back of the glitter frame.

Fairy Hugs - Leaping Reindeer and Jada!

Super fun and quick gift bag!  You will need a white gift bag that is about 4.25" wide x 6" high.  

You will need Fairy Hugs Slimline Paper - Red Cinnamon Spice cut to size.  I cut it so that there was room on the bottom for the houses to be highlighted in white and then trimmed off the top to fit.

Next i stamped all the images on the paper except for the fairy.  I stamped the fairy on a background that had a light pink and then colored her in with Prismacolor pencils and a gel pen.

I also colored the windows/doors of the houses with a metallic gel pen.  I colored around the top of the houses with a Prismacolor white pencil and added some chimney smoke.  I cut out the fairy and attached her with foam tape.

Here are a few of the stamps that will be featured:

For this card, i inked up the background, leaving a space for the sun. I used torn paper to make the clouds and Prismacolor pencils to color in the sun.

Next i stamped the flowers from Fairy Hugs - Thank you set.  I did first and second generation stamping.  I colored the flowers in, keeping in mind the second generation needed to be a lighter color so they'd appear to be in the background. I figured out where Fairy Hugs - Jada was going to sit and then i stamped the Thank you sentiment.  Next, i stamped Fairy Hugs Jada on some white cardstock.  I colored her in with Prismacolor pencils and fussy cut her out.  I used double sided foam tape and adhered her to the flower.  

I think she looks like a bumblebee fairy!!
