Here is my card for you today using We Are 3 Digital Shop - Playtime Waddles
To make the 3 circle openings, i measured the back to diecut the circles out.
For the middle circle, i cut out a white circle "ring" and saved the inside white cut out for the bottom circle. Next, i added a bit of seed beads to the bottom of the middle ring using glossy accents and i also added some sequins.
For the bottom circle cut out, i used the cut out white circle from the middle circle (because the background was too busy for the duck) and covered up the hole. Then the white was too plain so i used one of the blue circles i cut out from the base and made it a bit smaller. (smile) Then i added one sequin and the duck.
For the top circle i added the sentiment by cutting it smaller than the opening. I added 3 banner punches to frame out the top and again added some sequins.
