I am using Fairy Hugs - Sunken Ship

For this card,  I started with Fairy Hugs Craft Papers - MoltenRidge. I started by stamping Fairy Hugs - Tentacles in VersaFine Clair - Morning Mist as shown on the card. Then, i stamped another tentacle on top of the Morning Mist ones with VersaFine Clair - Nocturne.   Next i stamped Fairy Hugs - Seahorses with VersaFine Clair - Morning Mist.  I stamped, Fairy Hugs - Sunken Ship in VersaFine Clair - Nocturne. Now i stamped the Fish School several times in VersaFine Clair - Nocturne. Some of the Fairy Hugs - Condo Fairies, and Condo Fairies 2 are stamped though-out the scene too with VersaFine Clair - Nocturne.  Last thing i stamped was the anchor that comes with the Sunken Ship with VersaFine Clair - Nocturne. I colored the images with Prismacolor Pencils and Gold Sparkly Gel Pen.

This is one of my favorite cards from the book release that i haven't posted on my blog yet.

This background paper was created on a Gel Plate.  My intention was to use it for Halloween..and it just worked out to use it for the Book release!

First thing i did was stamp Fairy Hugs - Fairy Dictionary in the back ground.  Then i auditioned my stamps to see how they would all fit on. I stamped them once i was happy with the arrangement with VersaFine Clair - Nocturne.  Next i anchored the Library by adding some Distress Oxide with torn paper as my mask.  Last, i colored in the stamps with Prismacolor pencils. This was a joy to create..i loved it!

Today i am sharing a Brand NEW Fairy Hugs stamp just released called, Snail Library 

 I started this project with a Gel Print i created. Next i stamped, the Snail Library, Sentiment - Slowly, Willow Vines, Lily Blooms and Condo Dwellers 2.  Next i colored in the snail, lily and condo dwellers 2 wings with Prismacolor Pencils.

Sneak Peak - Fairy Hugs NEW release Oct. 31 and Nov. 1 - featuring Fairy Library and Kira

Hello everyone and Happy Thursday!! 

Today i would like to introduce you to a few of the NEW Fairy Hugs stamps 

that will be released on Nov. 31!

There are 24 NEW stamps that will be released!

Let's see what we can make using Fairy Hugs Store supplies! 

On this example i did a bit of stamp masking...

How i made this scene:

I started out with a gel print background. Before i do any stamping i always use the acetate prints of the stamps to layout my "scene". First, I made a mask for the Fairy Hugs - Fairy Library and only stamped the house and the first book. Next i added Fairy Hugs - Path of Knowledge. I stamped Fairy Hugs - Kira and then i made a mask of her so i could stamp Fairy Hugs - Hammock on top of her. I added the Fairy Hugs sentiment - Relax and Fairy Hugs - Dandelion Grass. These stamps allow for some coloring, but isn't necessary.  I used Prismacolor Pencils and gel pens to color in the stamped images.  I thought Fairy Hugs - Condo Dwellers 2 (tiny fairies) would be a perfect size for this scene too!! You could also use Condo Dwellers (the first set of Condo Dwellers)

Fairy Stamper - Fairy Hugs - Deer, Baby Announcement or welcome card

Hello everyone and Happy Monday!!

To make this card, I started out with We Are 3 Digital Paper - Circle Pastels. Before I started to stamp I cut out a card stock circle and masked off the circle on the paper.  I used Distress Oxide Ink - Salvaged Patina to make a halo around the circle. Next I stamped the Fairy Hugs Deer with VersaFine Clair Ink - Nocturne and embossed with fine clear embossing powder. Then I stamped the sentiment and embossed with fine gold embossing powder. The Chinese Lantern stem is stamped with VersaFine Clair Ink - Morning Mist and embossed with fine clear embossing powder. I used one of the Fairy Hugs - Condo Dwellers 2 and also embossed with fine clear embossing powder. I colored in the Chines Lantern "blooms" that look like hearts with pink.  I used a blue gel pen to the dots on the deer.  Keep in mind if you want this to be a baby card announcement or a welcome baby card you could color in the spots on the deer the color of the babies gender or you could color in the hearts pink or blue.
