This paper is super fun.  This sheet from the We Are 3 Digital Paper - Halloween has a transparent window where you can pop any image inside, paper or add a sentiment.  It is like a photo card where you add your own picture.  I used this digital image to look like a snapshot!

 Fun tag tip!  Cut out a larger tag and a smaller one inside and line it with tulle.
I used hat tulle for the "framed" tag.
