"Once upon a time" there was a sweet little image called Conie Fong Art & Design- Priscilla (revised)

I love sweet faces and Conie Fong Art & Design creates such sweet images! 

I wanted to go with a different color scheme, instead of the typical Halloween.  Also, i wanted to match my copics to this We Are 3 Digital Paper called, Once Upon a Time.
