To create this card, i started with Fairy Hugs Craft Papers - MoltenRidge.  I love that this paper has the hillside/land on it.  I stamped Fairy Hugs - Dancing Mushrooms with VersaFine Clair Ink - Morning Mist. Fairy Hugs - Lorella, Rindo and the Woodland Mushrooms were all stamped with VersaFine Clair - Nocturne.  I colored the images with Prismacolor pencils.  I highlighted the images with a sparkly gold gel pen, white gel pen and a blue gel pen. The fairy wings and the top of the mushrooms were painted with acrylic hologram paint. Last thing i did was make a circle mask from card stock and made a "halo" for a moon using Distress Oxide Ink - Chipped Sapphire.

Fairy Hugs Sentiment - Sneak Peek - My Fairy

Let's see what we can make using the new Fairy Hugs sentiment, My Fairy

It was easy for me to "see" what i wanted to use based on the new Fairy Hugs Sentiment - My Fairy.

I thought Fairy Hugs - Lorella was perfect.  One of my favorite stamps is Fairy Hugs - Slanted Tree.  It is has such beautiful motion.  For this card i started out with We Are 3 Digital Paper - Backgrounds Happen.  I added a moon halo with Distress Oxide.  Next i made a mask of Lorella and then positioned her where she would sit on the tree and stamped her in VersaFine Clair - Nocturne.  Then i placed the mask on top of her and stamped the tree in VersaFine Clair - Pinecone.  I left the mask in place and stamped Fairy Hugs - Heart Vine Frame in VersaFine Clair - Rain Forest. Next i stamped Fairy Hugs - Wild Roses, Flower Vines and the sentiment in VersaFine Clair - Nocturne. Last thing i did was color in Lorella's wings, dress, flowers, Wild Roses and both the Heart Vine Frame and the Flower Vines with Prismacolor Pencils.

This was a super fun project with some masking!

First i created a gel print paper.  Then i stamped the Fairy Hugs Sentiment - Fairy Dictionary on the left side.

Next i stamped Fairy Hugs - Lorella (fairy) and made a mask of her so i could stamp the Fairy Hugs - Lily Blooms over her to make them look like they are behind her. I used Fairy Hugs - Snail library's mushrooms at the bottom.

 Next i added the Fairy Hugs Sentiment - Believe  and to fill in some of the space at the top i added Fairy Hugs - Butterflies.  The last thing i did was color in the stamps with Prismacolor Pencils.

Fairy Hugs - Lorella at Christmas

A bit different from me.  I started the background with Distress Oxide Ink - Pumice Stone.

I then positioned the stamps on the paper.  I used a mask for the fairy so that it looked like she is sitting on the branch.

Next i added Brusho - Grey with some water. 

Around the edges, i used Versamark and Gold embossing powder.

I colored in the fairy with Prismacolor pencils.

Fairy Hugs NEW Release - Lorella

  Hello everyone and Happy Sunday!!

Let's see what we can make using Fairy Hugs Store supplies! 

I am using Fairy Hugs - Lorella

I started out with some Gel Print paper i made.  I figured out the position of each stamp by using the acetate that comes with the stamps.  Next i knew i would need a mask for Lorella, so i stamped her on computer paper and cut her out.  I didn't cut out the wings as they are usually transparent.  So i stamped her first.  Then i stamped Fairy Hugs - Open Book on top of the mask.  Next i stamped Fairy Hugs - Fairy Liana (branch). I decided to use a previously released sentiment - Fairy Hugs - Once Upon.  The last thing i did was to color in the stamps using Prismacolor pencils.
