The release i am using is called the Marianne Design "Garden Release" for Dutch Paper Crafts.
The set includes, 2 bench seats, topiary, butterfly, wheelbarrow and watering can.
For this project i created a Christmas tri-fold card using the "fancy" bench from Marianne Designs- LR0258:
Other dies NOT in this release:
Marianne Designs house
Lifestyle Crafts Nesting Doily Dies- Frame 8
Nellie Snellen Nesting Heart dies
What i did:
I cut out the house from music sheet designer paper placed it on the front of a large blue card with the left side slightly extending over the flap. Then i cut the excess off of the right side. Next i made a small flap that would fit inside of the card but open on the front. I matted the back of the flap with antique glitter paper and added a a light blue piece to the front of the flap. I adhered the flap to the inside front with the part shown loose. I added the bench seat and Tilda hanging over the edge. To decorate the house i cut it out of the antique glitter paper and cut out the roofs and door/frame. I added iridescent pipe cleaners to the roofs using a glue gun. I placed Christmas tree paper inside the front door. I also cut out banners and machine sewed them in a strip to hang. On the inside of the flap i added the sentiment, Merry Christmas..and inside of the card i added a computer generated "All hearts go home for Christmas".
First flap w/sentiment:
