I don't know why, but i am calling this mistletoe.. cause it's not. I just liked the whole idea of using the fir and the cute image from A Day for Daisies. What started me thinking of this was the Precious Snowflake die from Memory Box.
This card could be a fairly easy card to make to send out as a Christmas card. The only thing that took a tiny bit of time was coloring the image and what took a tiny bit longer than that was fussy cutting the image.
I've made this card for Dutch Paper Crafts, it is for the Memory Box Snowflake release. The die in the Memory Box snowflake release is called "Precious Snowflakes" #98729, it is the smaller version in the set of two. I LOVE, LOVE, the delicate bow..super cute. I could make a collection of cards just using this die. Think of all you could "hang" from it. A stocking die, or colored stocking image, it could be a holding a banner on each side, i am just saying this is a great staple for any Christmas card.
In this instance i cut the die out twice and actually cut it apart and lined it back up again. I did add some red stickles to the center of the snowflake. The fir die is a Doo Hickey die called Sprawling Fern, however, there are quite a few on the market now..that you could substitute...maybe one that looks more like a mistletoe. :o)
The stamp is from A Day for Daisies.
