Merry Christmas Vintage Style Tilda

Oh what a fun, fun challenge.  Tilda's Town wanted a Vintage look and Totally Tilda is looking for members for their DT based on a photo for inspiration..pretty exciting i'd say!

So first this is my card..i want to share why i put my card up first.  I've noticed that on my phone the pages are not the same as the web version pages and all that shows up is the "first' picture shown on my blog...and i am sharing my cards on my blog, so i figure it should be the first image...also i've been noticing that some blogs have links to other blogs and again if there is a thumbnail shown..it will again be the first picture shown in my blog...makes sense? 

Now a bit about how i made this card.  For this image i colored it and then i scanned it and then i changed the color to Sepia.  Then i took my Construction color crayons and highlighted the cheeks and i highlighted the coat in blue.  I took my tissue and wiped back the color a bit,  Then i took Waterfalls Stickles and painted the coat and the bit of the hat.  Then i took Cotton Candy Stickles and did the same for the flowers.  For the boots i used Baby Blue Stickles.  If you want to know how i colored the image before i scanned it you can check out this post on my blog.

The sketch i used is from Retro Sketches, but the collection is closed..i loved the sketch though.
