Here is my card for you today using an image from Rustic Forest Birch Trees

Dies used:
Tim Holtz - Evergreens

What i did with this card. 
The image is a PNG or transparent image and i layered it on top of digital paper.
Then i painted the larger tree trunks and used a white gel pen for the skinnier trees.
Prismacolor pencil for the heart.

The background paper was embossed and sanded.
