I have put 2 cards up on my blog using Your Next Stamp's Peek a Boo Door die that i've have turned into a "Slider Card'
The Slider card technique has been around on the internet for awhile, it's not new..however to use this die making the card is new..at least it was to me. Some people think it is an Easel card because of the picture..but it is what i call a "horizontal slider card".
I have made a visual tutorial and have given a link to what inspired me to use the YNS Peek a Boo door die. You can find that blog post here if you want to watch the video that inspired me. It however, gives the cutting measurements..and with this die you don't need them.
Today, i realized that i could just use the "door" from this die set and make any shape work for a slider card.
First i will show you some pictures and then i will share the link for the You Tube video that i made using the YNS die and featuring the lovely My Besties image called Princess Twinkle Toes from Sherri Baldy found here.
Here is what the card looks like from the side so you can see the "construction":

Wow, you really put a lot of thought into your design. It really shows. I love your peeking image. It is beautifully colored. I especially like all of the delicate die cuts. They don't detract from the image at all but just make the entire card so feminine! Thank you for sharing this with us at the ATS Challenge Blog!
