I am using SVG file "hanger" available at Sherri Baldy's MyBestiesShop.com here.
I have used this hanger many times and there are many uses for it.. sometimes it seems a bit hidden but still serves a purpose! I hope you like this card.
A bit closer so you can see this sweet hanger..i added a bit of stickles to this hanger and some Stampendous Shaved ice to the the image's hat.
