Brand NEW Fairy Hugs Release - Veggie Line

New Release is NOW in the store!!

Let's see what we can make using supplies from Fairy Hugs Store 

I am using Fairy Hugs - Veggie Line

For this card,  I started with Fairy Hugs Craft Papers - FrostFlight.  Then i started stamping my scene starting with the veggie line pole and line.  The veggies come separately so you can use them anywhere.  The line was stamped with VersaFine Clair - Nocturne.  Next i fussy stamped the veggies using mini Distress Inks.  I stamped the fairy, Juniper in VersaFine Clair - Nocturne and the basket she is holding is from the Garden Gnomes accessories and it was stamped in VersaFine Clair - Pinecone.  I also stamped 4 of the Garden Tools.  The watering can, hand shovel,  fork and Holly Mint were  stamped with VersaFine Clair - Rain Forest. The shovel and garden carrots were stamped with VersaFine Clair - Pinecone.  The birds from the Garden Boots were stamped with VersaFine Clair - Blue Belle.  Whew, lots of color stamping!!  Next, i colored in the stamps with Prismacolor pencils.  You can't really see it but i also highlighted a lot of the stamped images with hologram sparkle acrylic paint.  And i highlighted the fairies wings with the Pentel's Sparkly Gold Gel Pen.  And very last i added a moon mask and made a moon halo.

Fairy Hugs New Release - Garden Door

Hello!

I have been sharing the Newest Release from Fairy Hugs for the last couple of days as a Sneak Peek!  It will be in the store tomorrow!

Let's see what we can make using New Release supplies from Fairy Hugs Store 

I am using Fairy Hugs -  Garden Door

For this card,  I simply stamped the New Fairy Hugs - Garden Door on a paper from Fairy Hugs Craft Papers - ShimmerGust with VersaFine Clair Nocturne.  Then i inked up just the foliage on one side of the stamp with VersaFine Clair - Shady Lane and stamped it about 3 times stamping second generation layers as well. You can see i used the reverse side on either side of the door instead of stamping the same side.   It worked making it look like a wall of foliage.  At the top of the card, i stamped Hollow Mint with VersaFine Ink - Rain Forest.  i also did some stamping in the foliage along side of the door.  Because i wanted this to be similar to the movie "Secret Garden" i added the bird at the top of the door.  The bird is from the new release stamp, Veggie Toadstool.  Last thing i did was color in the stamps with Prismacolor pencils.

Fairy Hugs - New Release - Veggie Toadstool

Fairy Hugs - New Release - April 19th

I am using Fairy Hugs - Veggie Toadstool

For this card,  I am using a Fairy Hugs paper that will be released soon!

I started with making a mask for the Stone Bridge.  Next i stamped the stone bridge and applied the mask on top of the bridge so that i could stamp the Garden Gnome on the bridge and the Veggie Toadstool behind the bridge.  When i stamped the bridge and the gnome i used VersaFine Clair Nocturne so that they looked like they were at the same distance.  However, i stamped the Veggie Toadstool and the veggies with VersaFine Clair - Morning Mist, so that i looked like it was in the distance and because the lighter gray allowed the colors to show up more. I also stamped the little duck behind the bridge by stamping the bridge when the mask was on top of the bridge.  Next i stamped the gnomes adding the basket and some carrot tops to the basket. (I added the carrot tops by using washi tape as a mask on the basket). I added the carrot rows by the gnome leaning on the ground.  And then we have a photo bomber to the side of the gnome called, Mini Frog!  I used a circle mask for my moon/sun halo and then i colored in everything with Prismacolor pencils. Oh i forgot to add, that i stamped the Wooden Walkway and added more to the end of it by coloring it in with the pencils.

I am using Fairy Hugs - Garden Gnomes

For this card,  I started with Fairy Hugs Craft Papers - FrostFlight and started stamping.

I made a mask for the new Fairy Hugs - Secret Passage (door way).  I stamped it first, and then applied the mask. Next, i stamped one of Garden Gnomes and made a mask for him, so that i could stamp the Mini Castle in the background.  I also stamped the vine from the Veggie Toadstool.  I removed the masks and then i stamped the bird from the Veggie Toadstool and the other 2 Garden Gnomes. I added the pail accessory that comes with the Garden Gnomes to the one gnome. I wanted a path for the Secret Passage so i got out a Fairy Hugs stamp from a previous collection called, Wooden Walkway.  Lastly, i stamped some foliage from this new release called Hollow Mint.  My favorite thing to do is color in these stamps with Prismacolor pencils.
