Christmas Release 2023!

I am using Fairy Hugs - Snail Mail 

For this card,  i started with Fairy Hugs Craft Papers - Tumbleshine.

I stamped Fairy Hugs - Snail Mail (with separate presents) with VersaFine Clair - Pinecone.  I stamped the presents with VersaFine Claire - Rainforest (large present, small present) and VersaFine Clair - Shady Lane (middle present).  Fairy Hugs Sentiment - Special Delivery (set of stamps) i stamped with VersaFine Clair - Pinecone. Next, i colored in the snail with Prismacolor pencils. I added gold sparkly pen to the stars on the presents.

Next i used Fairy Hugs Stencil - Fairy Buds.  I used Ranger's Texture Paste and immediately added hologram embossing powder.  I let it dry slightly and then heat set it.

To make this card, i started with Fairy Hugs Craft Papers - MoltenRidge. I stamped Fairy Hugs - Zippy with VersaFine Clair Ink - Nocturne.  Then i decided to make a hill of butterflies, so i stamped Fairy Hugs - Butterflies with VersaFine Clair Ink - Nocturne.  Next i used Fairy Hugs Stencil - Fairy Buds and when inked it up i started with Distress Oxide Ink - Chipped Sapphire and then as i got towards the top of each strand i used Distress Oxide Ink - Broken China.  I used a circle diecut for a moon mask and used Distress Oxide Ink - Chipped Sapphire for the halo. I colored in the Fairy and the bike wheels.  I added Sparkly gold gel pen to the fairy's dress and to the butterflies. I added acrylic hologram paint to the fairy's wings. Last i added some white gel pen to the hill of butterflies to look like "flowers". I also used a hot pink gel pen for the "flowers".

Fairy Hugs - Vine Heart Frame, Love at Christmas

Happy Saturday!

Let's see what we can make using supplies from Fairy Hugs Store 

As a challenge for myself, i will be making cards for Saturday bringing back some older release stamps.

I am using Fairy Hugs - Vine Heart Frame

For this card,  I made a paper with my gel plate to start with. I did some altering on my computer to give it texture. Next, i stamped Fairy Hugs - Vine Heart Frame in VersaFine Clair - Morning Mist.  I wanted it a bit lighter than the sentiment. Next i stamped the fairy from Fairy Hugs - Krysta's Mum and Fairy Hugs Sentiment - Love at Christmas in VersaFine Clair - Nocturne. I colored in the vine and Krysta with Prismacolor pencils.  I added some acrylic hologram paint to her wings and sparkly gold gel pen to her wings and the vine.  I then used Fairy Hugs Stencil - Fairy Buds in the background using Distress Oxide - Abandoned Coral.  I tore a piece of card stock to make a mask for the ground that Krysta is sitting on using Distress Oxide - Abandoned Coral.  Last i edged the card with Distress Oxide - Chipped Sapphire.

Fairy Hugs - Inga's Morning Glory

To make this card, you need to make a mistake.. lol. That's what happened to this card. I got Fairy Hugs - Inga's Morning Glory all colored with Prismacolor pencils and i went to add the moon and the ink smeared.  So instead of "binning" the card. I cut it apart and went with plan B. 

So for plan B, i made the background first by doing some ink blending with torn paper and a circle mask.  I had to match the background to the foreground so it would seem intentional. Not too hard.  Faintly you can see i used a Fairy Hugs Stencil - Fairy Buds in the background.
