Howdy Cowboy..how about a special delivery?

It's a new month and that means a new release at Digital Delights!   This image is one of eight new images released.   This image is called, Snowie Lola Rides Again, and you might get the impression this snowman is a female by the name, but i think it can be either gender!

Happy Birthday to my friends

I had 5 friends that had birthdays within a two week period.
So i decided to sit down (belatedly for some) and get them done.

Next year, i will know that if i am going to send cards to The Netherlands and to Canada..that i need to get them all made before Fall Break.  And get this, the card to The Netherlands arrived before the one sent to Illinois (and i live in Indiana) or to the one in Canada..which still hasn't arrived as i write this post!  I sent them all out on the same day too!

I am quite honored to be guest designing for Quirky Crafts Challenges.  I am Guest designing for this two week challenge and here is a reminder for you..

For this challenge i was asked to use an image from Crackerbox Palace..and for this card i am using a digital called Pumpkin boy:

I really like this Pumpkin Boy image, it reminds me of vintage Halloween decorations.  He also has a cute expression.  I tried to make this card with a vintage look.  Seeing as it is a digital image you could really make this extra large and use it for decorations as well.  The sentiment would look good all by itself as a mini poster..or a tag on a card.  So many ideas!

Little Acorn Bird and the richness of Fall!

When i saw the new Sami Stamps  Fall Acorn and For a Cause release, i was in LOVE.  My second choice from the Fall Acorn release is Little Acorn Bird.

** No embossing on this card...i've got several comments thinking i have done that..they are all individually glued on snowflakes.  I used a Cheery Lynn die..it has all of these snowflakes on one die.  It is awesome. :0)
