Tilda's Coaster Calendar

One of the most used items on my desk is a coaster calendar i made for myself.   It shows the month at a glance... i love it..and it's really easy to make.

I made this calendar for my 3rd  release at Dutch Paper Crafts.  I am using LR0250 and LR0249. ..but wait a minute...i just used these same dies in another post i made..and guess what?  I am using the backings from the vinyl die cuts i made from the vase i decorated.  You could almost say i am going "green" reusing the backings.

Here is my Coaster Calendar, on the front i used one of the LR0249 and i flipped it upside down and added some pearls.  I also used 3 spellbinder dies.  The classic oval, classic scallop and the Floral oval #S4-356. At the bottom i used a Doo Hickey border die called Scalloped Stitch #58. The stamp is a "free" stamp that comes with the current Magnolia Ink magazine (I am calling that puppy a "baby" Buddy, in honor of our Dutch Paper Crafts owner's dog):
For the inside of the Coaster calendar i used a Memory Box die called the Mini Shopping Bag MB98415 and the Marianne Creatables die LR0250 (the vinyl backing) and then i used LR0251 and cut it out of a shimmery off white paper to accent the blue vinyl backing. (Both dies are from this new release at Dutch Paper Crafts)  Oh, and one more die, from Cheery Lynn called Lace Corner- Deco J - B175,  (again available at Dutch Paper Crafts coming in a new release) i trimmed the sides off and added it to the front of the mini paper bag.  The sentiment is something i made on my computer using two fonts called "Before the Rain" and "Cambria".

For the calendar side of the project.  I used a Do Hickey die called Dream Tag #28 and another Marianne Creatables LR0249 (from this release) on it's side.  The calendar is a freebie that i shrunk from Pinterest...type in "calendar" and it should come up in Pinterest.
The full view of the inside:
What's nice about this calendar..is that i can set on your desk and if you have a desk where people can see the back side of your desk..then the Tilda will show and you can view the calendar.  There is a enough space to add a tiny picture next to the bag of flowers. :)

Copics used on Tilda w/Puppy:
YR000, 00, R14, 20

Challenges:
The Paper Players- Recycled challenge (used the blue paper backing to vinyl that would normally be thrown away), also using coaster bases.
Tilda's Town- FF or UE..  For me this isn't fussy..so i am calling it UE. :)
Magnolia Down Under- Tic Tac Toe Grid- I used- (Chipboard (what the coaster base is made of), sentiment inside, layers...several on the cover.
