I loved ALL of the Besties of Oz collection so i wanted to make on last card with several of the printables.  This is an Easel card with a 3D image.  

Here is what i did:
I printed off the Dorothy single printable and turned her into a 3D image. Next i printed off the Besties of Oz group.  I cut them apart by cutting Dorothy out of the middle..there was still a bit left of Dorothy but i hid it behind the larger Dorothy.  My intention was to make the lion, tinman and scarecrow look like they are behind Dorothy.  If you don't want to do that step, just use the group and only 3D Dorothy.  Next i made a typical easel card added the oval and clouds.  Then i cut out more balloons from the balloon paper from the Bestie of OZ paper pack.  All of the papers on this card are from the Bestie of oz paper pack.  The rainbow was 3 various circle dies layered on top of each other.  The last circle just cut the paper away to make an arch.

For this card, it was a bit tricky, because most people associate Witches with Halloween, but in this case, it's not true..She can be used for any occasion.

For this card i am using one of my favorite images from the Bestie of Oz collection it is the Winged Monkey!  I turned this one into a 3D Steampunk card!

Let's play with Sherri Baldy's Paper Dolls - Little Sweeties CD

I have been playing with paper dolls!  I am bringing back some great memories!  As a child this was a favorite past time.  

This time, i am creating 3D paperdolls and i am loving it!

Sherri Baldy created this cd called, "Little Sweeties".  On that cd she has many printables and black and white digis.  This cd happens to have paper dolls.  

Here is the Paper doll using the "dress" element found on the cd.  

I reduced the dress to "fit" the paper doll.  

It is like a little ballerina dress with a tutu:

Tutorial on how i created the 3D with this printable:

Step one:  Place 4 paper dolls into your program (I use Microsoft Word).  Leave one image full.  Crop the other 3 as shown below (full head, bow, shoes).  Size dress to the paper doll size you are using and copy and paste that.  You should have 6 pieces to print out.

Step two:
Cut out the pieces as shown below:

Step three:
Cut two strips of cream tulle and tie a knot in the center.  Use glue dots and place above waist:

Step four:
Adhere your 3D layers using foam tape-  Isn't she sweet?  You can use 3D images on anything, tags, cards.

I have created this card by coloring and cutting out just the image and butterfly from the image.  I also colored and cut out the sentiment that comes with her. She sits perfectly on top of the image. I used foam tape on the Gracie image for a bit of dimension.
