I spy a little boy with a scarf...Warm Winter Wishes

New challenge at TGF Farm Fresh Blog Challenge is.... to "case" this card below for Friday/Spyday challenge:

Looking at the card above, this is the card that i made:

 Close-up of the new technique i learned from TGF DT Lisa.  Thanks so much Lisa for telling me about this technique it was super fun!
What i did was use a Liquid embroidery pen made by Marvy.  I painted on the paint, let it dry overnight, and heated it with my heat gun.  Cool, huh?  The pen comes in different colors...oh am i going to have some fun!
