Fairy Hugs - Badgers - look like Beavers

 Hello everyone and Happy Thursday!!

I am a DT for Fairy Stamper Hugs!
It is the #1 USA Retailer for Fairy Hugs Stamps
Check out the store here!!

Just a glorious woodland day!!
For this card i started out with We Are 3 Digital Paper -  Moody Night and resized it to be 5" x 7".
Next i started some stamping! To create the log going across the bottom, i used Fairy Hugs logs and pieced the two ends together.  Last thing i did was color in some of the images.

Sneak Peek - Fairy Hugs Sentiment Release - February 15, Fairy Whispers

I've been super busy working on the NEW Fairy Hugs Sentiment release!
The entire release will be in the Fairy Hugs Store on February 15th

Let's see what we can make using Fairy Hugs Store supplies!

I am using the New Fairy Hugs Sentiment - Fairy Whispers (World) 1 of 7 sentiments in this set.

Some times it is just nice to know how important we are.
Here is some interesting information found on line about skunks:
Despite their stinky habits, skunks can be an appreciated visitor as they are especially useful at controlling field mice populations and other rodents around homes and barns. Coyotes, badgers, foxes, minks and weasels are known as strong predators of noxious rodents, but the skunk surpasses them all. It has been observed that when skunks are heavily trapped and hunted, local rodent populations increase.
Farm pests like army worms and June bugs have been shown to be effectively controlled by skunks. Skunks are valued for control of hop borer grubs as they are the only efficient natural predator of this moth. The skunk will reportedly listen at the base of the hop vine to locate the larvae. In fact, it was mainly through the efforts of hop growers that legislation protecting the striped skunk was first enacted.
The diverse diet of a striped skunk depends on the season and what is available. In the spring and summer months insects compose a large portion of their diet along with frogs, lizards, bird eggs, spiders, snakes, and mice. In the fall and winter months, skunks will consume a variety of fruits, carrion, grasses, leaves, buds, and nuts. Skunks are gluttonous eaters and obesity is often a problem.

This is how i made this card:
I started with some digital paper.  I positioned the stamps on my card front and decided to stamp the Fairy Hugs Tree Stump first with VersaFine Clair - Morning Mist, so that i could color the tree trunk in with Prismacolor pencils and so that when i stamped Eliana (fairy) in VersaFine Clair - Nocturne, she would show up better.  Now i knew where i wanted to put a moon.  So i used a circle mask and made a "moon/sun" halo with Distress Oxide - Chipped Sapphire.  Next, i stamped the Fairy Hugs Log in VersaFine Clair - Morning Mist for two reasons, same as the tree stump, i wanted to color it with colored pencil and i wanted the skunks to show up better.
Last thing i stamped was to add the New sentiment.  Now i colored in the images i stamped.

Fairy Hugs - Kissing Fairy.... Is he a prince?

  Hello everyone and Happy Monday!!

Super excited to share with you that I am a DT for a NEW store called, Fairy Stamper!
It is the #1 USA Retailer for Fairy Hugs Stamps
Check out the store here!!

Is he a prince or just a cute frog?
This is a really fun and pretty easy card to make.
First you would need the Fairy Hugs Background paper - Full Moon.
Then you would stamp the main stamps, Fairy Hugs - Kissing Fairy and Fairy Hugs - Tree Stump.
Next you would stamp Fairy Hugs - Stardust.  Now you can stamp the Fairy Hugs - Ivy Corner.  I usually heat emboss all of my stamped images with clear embossing powder.  It allows me to color in the crevises and not on top of the stamped image.
I stamped Fairy Hugs - Mini Frog on white card stock, heat embossed him with clear embossing powder, colored his spots with a copper gel pen and hand cut him out.
I attached him with double sided foam tape.
Next i inked up a small  piece of card stock with VersaMark ink and embossed it with Ranger's Copper embossing powder.  Then i pulled out one of my crown dies (Spellbinder) and die cut the crown out of the embossed copper paper.  It worked best for me to get the impressions in the crown to do it this way.
I attached the crown on top of the stardust swirl with foam tape.
Now for the fun pencil coloring.  I colored in the wings, hair on he fairy.  I colored in the lines on the tree trunk and the corner ivy.  I added a bit of copper gel pen around the ivy.
