I don't know why, but i am really hooked on creating these sweet characters.
When i first started with die cutting i was in love with Cricut die cuts.
I haven't done die cutting like that in a while.. just occasionally.
Now that Sizzix has made these Tim Holtz characters, i am in love
with making them.
They are every bit as detailed as some of the cricut cartridges i have.

In this case, i am trying to change them up a bit.. not making them like the cover packaging.

I combined several Sizzix dies to make this one different.

I am using a Sizzix Thinlits called, Tim Holtz - Clarence 664428
It's adorable!

Just so you can see the difference on how i changed Clarence..

I started out with this paper..and used the ink to make him pink!

My Best Friend!

My computer got repaired in February when this was due.
I was able to put it in the challenges, but couldn't make a blog post.
So it set in a pile of "To Do"...and month later i am sharing it.
I created this card for the February Outlawz Progressive Freebie challenge.

I am using an All Dressed Up image called, My Best Friend found here
She is so sweet!

She was colored with Distress Oxide ink, Copics and Prismacolor pencils

Thinking Spring and Green!

Ching Chou Kuik's March Challenge - week 2

Here is my card using Ching Chou Kuik image,
Kimono Fairy Set - Green Moth Maiden

The Ching Chou Kuik DT challenge each other weekly.

This week it was to "spotlight a selected area an just color that area in."

It was really fun to create with this technique.

Each day this week you will see the DT share their inspiration using this technique!

I also added the monthly theme to my technique.

I have used Prismacolor Pencils to color this image.
