This is such a dreamy scene! 
I have used Fairy Hugs - Stream Scene and colored it in with pencils and Distress Oxide Ink.

I have also stamped and hand cut Fairy Hugs - Bridge.

I added some
Fairy Hugs - Bulrushes to the front of the scene and some Fairy Hugs - Clouds to the sky.

The sun "halo" is Fairy Hugs Glitter Powder - Sunshine
