Fairy Treasure Box

Hello everyone and happy Thursday!!
It’s time for a new Lavinia World Challenge featuring Lavinia stamps.
We are a bi-weekly Challenge Blog and the theme will be Anything Goes using stamps
(either rubber or clear, but no digi stamps).
Details are found under the "rules" tab on the Challenge Blog.

 Lavinia World Challenge has a
NEW Facebook group called, Anything Lavinia (click here

With one exception...

Your card/project must include anything Lavinia (stamps, papers)
if added to the Anything Lavinia Facebook group.

For my project, I used
Lavinia Stamps - Sentiment- See a Fairy Make a Wish - LAV485
Lavinia Stamps - Christmas Tree group LAV021
Lavinia Stamps - Tree Goddess Luna LAV283 with VersaFine Clair
VersaFine Clair - Nocturne
 VersaFine Clair -Morning Mist
Glitter
Distress Oxide Ink
Black Soot, Scattered Straw, Victorian Velvet, Dusty Concord, Lemonade Squeeze

Full wooden box view

This was a fun project, i used Tim Holtz Distress Oxide to create the background.
Next i stamped, Lavinia Stamps - Sentiment- See a Fairy Make a Wish - LAV485
with VersaFine Clair - Morning Mist.
I positioned Tree Goddess Luna using the acrylic backing on the moon so i would know where to stamp Lavinia Stamps - Christmas Tree group LAV021.  I stamped the trees along the bottom and immediately, used clear embossing powder to seal them.
Now i stamped, Lavinia Stamps - Tree Goddess Luna LAV283 with VersaFine Clair - Nocturne on her as well making sure her feet went between the trees i stamped below and immediately used clear embossing.
I rotated Lavinia Stamps Seasonal Tree - LAV382 so i could just stamp the end of the branches.
Again, i used VersaFine Clair - Nocturne and immediately embossed with clear embossing powder.

Now that all of the stamping is done, i fussy cut the fairies wings so they would pop up.
I cut out a circle the size of the moon area to fit underneath the entire paper where the wings are and i inked the circle section using the same Distress Oxide ink i used for the moon/sun.
i glued that to the back of the paper.
Now i used Mod Podge glue to adhere this to the top of a wooden box.
I also sealed the top with Mod Podge.

Now for some fun glitter, i used Cosmic Glue and made a line around the outside of the moon/sun. Then i sprinkled on some hologram sparkle glitter.  Once that dried i put some glossy accents dots  around the outside of the moon/sun and applied the gems.
I also added some metal corners using Glossy accents.
I distressed the edges of the box using Art Alchemy Wax- Rose Gold

It looks beautiful on my dresser and i can store some fun treasures inside.
