Trick or Treat!
I resized some We Are 3 Digital Paper to fit the bag size. Matted that in black card stock and adhered that to the front of the bag. Next i cut out Tutti Designs - 729 Halloween Fence out of black card stock and adhered that to the front. And that's it!
You can add some black toile to the bag for some "spooky" fun!
