For this card, as you know i have made several Tutti Design - Daisy Panel. Each Monday, i will be sharing cards using the Daisy Panel. Each panel was created differently.
This week i used a colorful paper - Fairy Hugs Craft Papers - Rainbow Dance. (i have saved the actual die cut and the negative papers). In this case i used the negative for the paper piecing and the main die was cut out with a basic hint of blue paper from We Are 3 Digital Paper - Backgrounds Happen.
I ended up piecing this panel on a piece of double sided score tap. It can be tricky piecing the background back on if the thin outline isn't straight. I ended up putting the finished piece onto a gold metallic layer. This allowed for the tiny centers to show through the tape instead of adding those tiny centers back into the design. I always had an option to add gems, but it wasn't needed.
So for the background, i used Tutti Designs - Twisted Rope and saved the negative pieces from that too and used 2 to put back in, but i covered the one with the bow so you can't see it. I then cut out a gold metallic negative piece and placed that inside of the twisted rope. I did cut the twisted rope in half and placed it on the card layer (covering up the cut part with the daisy panel). Next, i add the ribbon and the bow. Last, i die cut Tutti Designs - Spring Bee from black paper and glued that to the gold metallic paper and fussy cut around the bee. The Daisy Panel and the bee were attached with foam tape.
