Happy Birthday Fairy Princess

I saw this card done somewhere on the internet and loved the paper they used, of course, i didn't save the card or the site and now i can't find it, arghh.  So what ever i can mentally remember seeing is what i decided to create...oh, i did purchase the paper which is what inspired me to want to make the card.  The paper is from Prima and called Fairy Belle...such pretty paper!
