Pattern Building with Fairy Hugs - Jack

It is Saturday and i am catching up on sharing some of my cards from Fairy Hugs Winter Release!

Let's see what we can make using supplies from Fairy Hugs Store

I am using Fairy Hugs - Jack

For this card,  my good friend, Julia Watts shared how to do pattern building on her YouTube channel, i have shared the video at the point where she begins this pattern building:

I was so inspired, that i wanted to give it a try.  I didn't have the magical tool she did so i die cut my own using a square die and rotating it.  If i was to do it again, i would do it on grid paper and glue it to a cardboard backing.  Your card topper needs to fit in this image.

I would watch to see how Julia uses her tool, it makes much more sense to see it demonstrated.

For my pattern building i decided to use Fairy Hugs - Jack (snowman) and i used Prismacolor pencils to color him in.  I have a tough time with a white background, so i used Fairy Hugs Stencil - Swirling Snow and Distress Oxide Ink - Broken Glass.
I matted the card front onto Fairy Hugs Craft Paper - WaterShine.
